I have teamed up with Child's Eye, an extension Libri Publishing, to create
A Little Anthology on Sadness: a mental health resource for kids, by kids.
It is natural to feel sad, but it can be uncomfortable. While we cannot escape it, there are many different ways to cope.

We want to hear your thoughts about sadness. All answers will be considered to be a part of our Anthology.

I can't wait to see what we create, together!

If you can't quite think of an answer in words, you can take a photograph, paint or draw a picture. Even if you did answer in words, you are welcome to add some artwork to your answer. Send a picture of your art to tranquilitystories@gmail.com. I can't wait to see your answers!

What's your name?

How old are you?

What country do you live in?

What makes you sad?

Being sad is not fun but there are things we can do to get through it (for example: asking for a hug or taking deep breaths). What do you do when you are sad?

If your entry is published in our book, can we share your name, age, and country? *
